2017 Batch students are requested to register through the below given link for Provisional/Migration Certificate:
Documents needed for Provisional/Migration Certificate:-
1. University No-Dues Certificate duly signed(forwarded) by College Head(Principal).
1. Provisional Regsitration Certificate with Registration No.
2. Internship Certificate (6 months From Govt. Hospital + 6 months from Private)
3. Character Certificate
4. Fee Receipt(Rs. 1000/- each for Provisional/Migration)
* Fees to be paid only while applying for Provisional / Migration certificate
All students need to register themselves on exam portal in order to avoid any future issues.
* NOTE: Internship of 2017 batch Students who have not cleared/pass their 3rd year exam will be considered invalid & thus their Provisional degree certificate will not be generated even if they complete their one year internship.
